Will all my furniture be insured throughout the storage period and removals?
Yes, our premium storage and removals service includes complete insurance as standard.
Do you supply packaging materials?
Our estimator will work out how many cartons, bedding bags and mattress covers you will need. The cost of these will be included in your estimate.
When can the boxes be delivered?
As soon as you accept our estimate.
How will my furniture be protected?
Each individual item of furniture is wrapped using cloth removal blankets at the time it is loaded into the lorry or storage container.
How will you move and store my hanging clothes?
We supply hanging garment carriers to protect your clothes during transit and storage.
Do you offer a packing service?
We can either pack the complete contents of your house, garage or shed or just pack certain specified areas such as the kitchen. All your needs and requirements can be discussed with your estimator.
Who will dismantle and re-build our beds and other furniture?
We can either cary out all of your dismantling or just dismantle specified items. Any items that we dismantle we will of course re-build for you in your new home. Our estimator will discuss this with you and the cost of this service will be detailed in your estimate.
Are there any items that cannot be moved or stored?
In the terms and conditions that we enclose with our estimate there is a section “goods not to be submitted for removal or storage”, simply the answer is we cannot move or store any goods that are potentially dangerous, such as gas bottles, aerosoles and paints, nothing such as jewellery or watches and no animals, fish or perishable items.
How do I pay for my storage and removals?
We accept cash, cheques, credit card or debit card payments. You could also pay directly into our bank, our account details are on our invoices to accomadate this. Our terms for payment are clearly printed on our estimate.
